Rodger Muwanga is a performing artist specialising in band music, was born in ndejje lubugumu, was an organist in church of Uganda and a music trainer where he started his talent of specialising in world music with a song he titled EMPETA, followed by others including the political champaign song #akalulu kako bobi# he sung and released in 2021 by elections, he is on of the founder members and directors of STARLYTE PRODUCTION BAND which he started with his fellow colleagues aiming at managing there talents and growing rising stars in music
