Sharifah Namusoke a.k.a Mazzi Mawanvu quit Bukedde Televisión for Delta Television at a time when Delta Television was still very new. Many tried to figure out reasons as to why she had quit with some concluding that she had been underpaid, some saying she had desired a fresh start while most went with the idea that she had been fired from the station.

Recently however during an interview with Sanyuka TV, she came out to confess the real reason behind her decision to quit Bukedde Televisión stating that it was witch craft. The Emikolo n'embaga host clearly said that she quit the station willingly.

"I wasn't fired. Not at all. I resigned willingly because of some issues. " She said.

She went ahead to say they leaving Bukedde TV was the most hurtful decision she had ever made.

"I had to decide because there were many challenges. I tried to fight to stay there but things failed and I resigned." She said.

She revealed that it was because of co-workers who had turned jealous because of her success so they had resorted to witchcraft to put her down. She confessed that there was a lot of voodoo at the station.

" The ones who made me leave are the ones who were fighting me. They thought I was getting a lot of money from my show. It was a matter of life and death. I had to keep my life so despite my tears, i had to leave inorder to live. There is witchcraft. There are those who don't do it but there are those who do it." She disclosed.
