Promoter Balaam Barugahara has come out to deny all the allegations that he was involved in organising the presidential swearing.
President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni swore in on 12th May 2021 for his sixth term in power
Dignitaries like presidents of African countries, ambassadors from across the continent and world at large were invited to attend the event.
However, it was embarrassing to see the chairs given to these dignitaries during the event.
The chairs were small, uncomfortable and didn't look fit for the occasion
"I have heard rumors that I was in charge of organising the event. I had nothing to do with it. Digida events was in charge of organization and should hold the blame." Balaam posted on his Facebook.
He also adviced government to next time to give those events to trusted organisers who have proved they know what they are doing.
