While giving a speech at the vigil of the late speaker of the 11th parliament at his home in Muyenga yesterday, chief justice Alfonse Owiny Dollo promised the mourners that him and a group of others will begin a trust fund in memory of their late brother Oulanyah, and this will see that his kids study up to University.
"In our culture, when you die and leave kids, you've died but your lineage continues within your kids.We have started Oulanyah Education Trust Fund, for which I'm the chairperson. Oulanyah's kids might never see their dad again but through this Fund, we will ensure they study till university." said the chief justice.
At the same function, about 100 students frim Seroma Christian High School were also unveilled and these were being supported by the late speaker to afford school fees and these requested the governent, especially the newly elected speaker, Hon. Anita Among to see that thw legacy of the deceased continues.
The question then remains, will these also benefit from the Oulanyah Education Trust Fund or it's high time they looked for other sources?
