    in summary
    Emile Smith Rowe and Eddie Nketiah are close to an Arsenal exit as Fulham are one of the clubs interested in signing both players but will face competition to sign them.

    Emile Smith Rowe could be departing from Arsenal this summer because Fulham have made him their summer transfer target and are ready to bid for the Arsenal midfielder.

    With Willian potentially heading to Saudi Arabia and Bobby De Cordava-Reid out of contract, Marco Silva will look to bolster his attacking options.

    Emile Smith Rowe had limited opportunities during Arsenal's Premier league title challenge last season. The 23 year old is on Fulham's shortlist as the club are trying to build on their mid table finish in the Premier League.

    Emile Smith Rowe also suffered with knee and ankle injuries during the campaign and by the time he made a full recovery, the Arsenal team was already settled and he couldn't break into the first team.

    Arsenal are open to offers for some of their players and it looks like Emile Smith Rowe has joined Aaron Ramsdale and Eddie Nketiah on the transfer list.

    Smith Rowe was on loan at RB Leipzig and Huddersfield before he broke into the Arsenal first team two seasons ago and he got three caps for England after he broke into the first team. Aston Villa and Fulham are in a race to sign the player this summer.

    Since Emile Smith Rowe came through the Arsenal academy, a sale would be recognized as a pure profit for Arsenal from a profit and sustainability perspective. He has two years left on his contract.

    The last game Emile Smith Rowe started was against Luton town when Mikel Arteta rested his first choice players due to the hectic period. However, Arsenal managed to win the game. Mikel Arteta said the following about Emile Smith Rowe after the match ended;

    I love him as a player, he is a joy to watch. How he moved, changed direction and how physical he was without the ball. He went into duels and won a lot of them and was thinking with that killer instinct to play forward and make things happen. When Emile is in that moment, it’s very difficult to stop him.

    Fulham have also been reported to be interested in Eddie Nketiah and are ready to offer Arsenal around £30 million for his services.

    Crystal Palace, Wolverhampton Wonderers and Everton are also interested in the Arsenal forward. Eddie Nketiah scored five goals and provided two assists in the 27 games he played for Arsenal last season.
