According to price fluctuations and the current economy of the Country, many Ugandans are worried about the state of Uganda and the future of the Country as a whole.
One of the worried cases is News anchor and Mwasuze mutya presenter Faridah Nakazibwe. Being a mother of two children, Nakazibwe is worried about the kind of future her two babies could be facing in her motherland Uganda.
In a recent tweet, Faridah Nakazibwe expressed her worry by mentioning that the corruption is very high yet the economy is surely struggling. She mentioned that the aftermath could be a collapse in the economy majorly due to the fact that the effects of such a poor economy include high rates of unemployment and poor living standards.
According to Faridah who has been following the trends of the economy very closely, there is no hope for a change in the Country's economy and therefore the most likely solution would be to relocate from the country.
Faridah mentioned that relocating from her mother land would be really painful but with such an economic crisis, it could be the only possible solution for a person like her unfortunately.
"I have been attentively looking at Uganda’s economy versus the rate of corruption. I am worried things can only get worse. Relocating is painful but could be the closest solution for many people like me. Mulidde ku ky’emisana?" Faridah Nakazibwe tweeted.
