Popular Ugandan musician, Cindy Sanyu has come out to say she doesn't intend to hide pregnancy for those who are interested in it.
Through a television interview, she asserted that she is too old to hide pregnancy like a young girl. The 35-year-old went ahead and confirmed having a baby with her husband to be, Joel Okuyo Atiku Prynce (what a long name ?)

At the end of May this year, Cindy introduced Joel to her parents at their home in Muyenga and the low-key ceremony was attended by close friends and family.
The boom party hit maker before the kukyala had promised to give Joel a baby on condition that he sees her parents first and she kept to this promise because its only a few months since their event and we are already seeing results.
She has even stopped putting on short skirts and other skimpy attires she used to wear partly because of the incoming baby but also because of the locked down concerts for musicians in Uganda.
When will Cindy give birth
According to my calculations, being 3 months pregnant makes her eligible to give birth in February next year if it's a normal pregnancy.
The singer has also denied having knowledge of the sex of the child saying that she wants to be in for a suprise once she pushes him/her out of the womb.
Cindy was however quick to note that her expectant condition should not be an issue of discussion all over the news because as a country, we have more serious issues to talk about, things like covid and so on
She went ahead to affirm that the baby coming soon is for her husband and herself and not Uganda's baby so therefore people should mind their business.
What of other celebrities hiding pregnancy
Some other celebs are not as courageous as Cindy and prefer to hide their protruding bellies until they give birth.
A case in point is Vinka, a musician from Swangz Avenue record label who hid her pregnant belly from our investigative eyes up until she gave birth in January this year.
Although all the Vinka-pregnant signs were there, you could hardly tell that the Love Panic hit maker was expecting a child because the concerts where we used to see her mostly were banned last year because of Covid-19.
Vinka however, months after giving birth denied rumours of hiding pregnancy saying that Ugandans are the ones who were too lazy to carry out research on her last year.
She even confessed having shot the love panic video while pregnant hence resonating with the theory that she did not hide herself and showed us some of her pregnant self in that video.

Other Celebs who have participated in hiding pregnancies include Juliana Kanyomozi who by the way did it in a legendary way and Rema Namakula who is waiting to shock us with a baby shower later this year.
