Popular Ugandan musician, Joseph Mayanja also known as Jose Chameleone has shocked the nation in yet again, a suprise move.
In the middle of lockdown, without any fear or favour, Chameleone performed amidst a live audience in Gulu a few days ago.
He is said to have performed at a bus terminal in Gulu city and in the video we managed to obtain, he can be clearly seen giving the Gulu people a feel of his latest song, "Kiggwa Leero".
It's looks like someone paid Chameleone a lot of money to perform because he is not an easy person to book if you got no dimes.

The gospel musician also condemned how some people are treated specially from others when it comes to public gatherings considering the fact that Gulu has been under lockdown for 2 years now.
How did Chameleone find himself in Gulu
With the current ban on inter-district travel in Uganda, one can easily wonder where this Chameleone of ours passed.
Well.. he found his way to Gulu after he was invited by General Salim Saleh, a Gulu resident to discuss the way forward for the Ugandan music industry.
Chameleone came along with other musicians from Kampala who were in high gear to beg money from Salim Saleh who is also President Museveni's brother.
Other musicians included, Cindy, Ronald Mayinja, Bettie Mpologoma, Abdul Mulaasi and David Lutalo among others and all these are rumoured to have left Gulu with huge sacks of money.
On Chameleone's side, it is rumoured that he got a whooping UGX. 20 million from Salim Saleh after the meeting.
