Earlier Uganda has been under enormous chaos regarding political instability that involved torture of many that were detained including authentic members of parliament the likes of Honourable Zaake and popular Hon Robert Kyagulanyi who were tortured to maximum following the disaster that had occurred in Arua municipality. After all this torture honourable member of Kyadondo was forced into USA in the name of receiving better treatment but also to create political awareness of what was really happening in Uganda.
Kato Lugwama with his big mouth spilled the beans during an exclusive media interview where he was asked for a verdict about Kim Kardashian & Kanye West becoming Uganda Tourism Ambassadors. Hon Lugwama started with a supportive tone of the idea but concluded by hinting the all nation that government brought in Kanye & Kim into Uganda just to image political stability to other countries.
