Television personality, MC Kats, born Edwin Katamba has dismissed claims that singers Fille Mutoni and Caroline Marcah are HIV positive.
Speaking to NBS motor mouthed presenter, Lord Kayz, Kats revealed that Caroline Marcah does monthly HIV tests and used to do them long before they even met so there is no way she could be positive like himself.
"Carol checks herself I think like every after one month. It is just like her nature because by the time I met her, she used to do it. She even has her personal doctor whom she sees every week." he said.
When grilled about his baby mama, Fille's status, Kats assured fans that there is no need to worry as her health is also in good shape.

In 2019, MC Kats decided to let the cat out of the bag during a night at Wave Lounge that he was HIV positive.
Most Ugandans were quick to conclude that Fille Mutoni was also positive since the two had been dating and even sired a child together.
However, Fille denied being HIV positive, pointing out that one can be safe even with an HIV positive partner.
"I want you all to know that I’m negative. Yes, I was with Kats for a long time but we were always safe. Having HIV is not the end of the world let’s end the stigma. Thank you” Fille posted on her socials last year.

MC Kats Dating Caroline Marcah:
When Fille dumped Kats, former Spark TV Presenter, Caroline Marcah became rumoured to be warming Kate's bed since he was now a certified single.
However, Marcah denied being with Kats claiming that he is only a good friend. She also revealed that he is not the only one who is HIV positive in her life.
"By the way Kats is not the first HIV positive person I’ve been with. I have been friends with many, others passed on others are still alive. So basically nothing will seperate us, we are just besties for life and those who have been asking my HIV status, I am negative,” she said.
