Popular Ugandan comedians, Madrat and Chiko have now taken their comedy venture to a higher level after they finished taking over the industry back home.
The two whose real names are Dickson Lubega and Frank Mubiru respectively, flew to the United States of America about a week ago.
On reaching America, Massachusetts, the two couldn't hide their excitement of being in Mr Joe Biden's land and started off by posting videos of their arrival in which both especially Chiko struggled with the pronunciation of the word 'Massachusetts'.
The two later moved to Los Angeles, California where they had booked shows to start entertaining the 'Bazungu' also known as white people as well as some Ugandans living in the country.
It's here that they met up with General Mega Dee, a Ugandan musician who was hitting back in the early 2000s with songs such as Inna Di Dance, Nga walaba, Karibu Afande and many others.
How are Madrat and Chiko making Bazungu laugh
I know by now many of you are asking yourselves how this is possible. The comedy duo is known to be very dynamic and it is for that reason that they can manage to crack up the ribs of white people.
Unlike some Ugandan comedians like MC Mariachi who only know Luganda, Madrat and Chiko are fully equipped with the latest luzungu (English) from Great Britain which the people in the US can understand.
And besides English, the comedy duo can also act silly things on stage that make people laugh, things like carrying each other, rubbing themselves and so on.

What made Madrat and Chiko leave Uganda
Currently, there is not any serious public event with more than 100 people organised in Uganda and this definitely includes comedy shows like Alex Muhangi's Comedy store that used to employ the likes of Chiko.
Most shows have been thrown to the online world where there is no reasonable money to sustain comedians since no one collects entry fee at an online show.
Madrat and Chiko however during the lockdown, last year tried their best to bring their famous 'Nseko Buseko' show to viewers online where they could bring musicians and other comedians to perform but the show later became too expensive for them to keep up hence disbanding it.
