    Nigerian "DIOR" singer Ruger to perform in Kampala this month

    With the President opening the arts, Culture and creative sector effective January 24th, many events organizers wasted no time in announcing the return of their events. This development has however not spared the past element of Ugandan promoters flying in foreign artistes to thrill revelers in Kampala and latest news in this regard is DIOR singer Ruger who is expected to perform in Kampala come January 3oth.

    The news of this Nigerian Afro beat and dancehall music star performing in Uganda was revealed by media personality Sheila Gashumba while appearing on the After 5 show on NBS Television on Tuesday evening. “We are going to bring Nigerian singer Ruger on 30th January and Adekunle Gold in the month of February. Ruger will come for a VIP meet and great and then performance for our VIP parties we soon re-organizing when the bars are open”, Sheilah revealed.

    In a bid to bring back the lost glory of Night life and open events in Uganda, various events have since announced their return. Among these include Roast and Rhyme organized that announced its return in February, Nyege Nyege Festival, Abryanz Style and Fashion Awards, Bayimba Festival among others.
