Just a week after NBS TV's presenter, Kawalya Isaac also known as Kayz and his friends, Wako and Marko were released from prison, their arrestor, Omulangira Suna has promised to arrest them again if they don't shut up.
This was after participating in a court session on 15th October where the judge pushed the case to next month on 15th November to be exact because one of the two sides in the court case was not ready.
OS Suna with Macho confidence spoke of how him and his lawyer were handling the case well and claimed "Abasaja Tubasobola" which when translated from Luganda to English in this case means he is handling the loud-mouthed TV presenters with an iron hand.
His lawyer Precious Nahabwe of Elgon Associated Advocates also highlighted the fact that although the accused persons are on bail, they are still harassing his client (OS Suna) by bad mouthing him on TV mercilessly barely a week out of prison.

Kayz has been totally unapologetic
Kayz and his team even after the harsh days of Kitalya coolers have continued to disrespect OS Suna and this has been reflected on all the TV shows they appear on including Morning Xpress of Sanyuka TV and Uncut Kalakata of NBS TV.
Although they mention Suna's name tactfully by just describing his tinted hair and not saying the actual name, it is clear that the person being bashed is Suna because he fits the description.
Kayz himself a day after prison release said that any artist who doesn't have a hit and has tinted hair should style up and that him and his team cannot waste precious time talking about him/ her.
So where will this battle end
Suna who seems to have a tight grip of the situation is still pushing foward with the court case against Kayz and his friends until they personally apologise to him.
He said that an apology is the only serious demand he has and on top of it, he also demanded that NBS and its sister station, Sanyuka, take down all bad videos about him that are already on their Internet channels like YouTube, Facebook and the likes.
OS also expects 1 billion shillings of Uganda ? forgive me for laughing.
Okay back to business, the veteran singer wants exactly what UGX. 1 billion to be awarded to him from Kin Kariisa's Next Media Company under which Kayz, Wako and others work.
Failure to meet any of the above, especially the apology part might make the gossip presenters not to see any day light for some time from wherever they will be serving their jail sentence.
