PROPOSAL GONE WRONG! WOMAN EMPTIES BOTTLE OF WATER ON LOVER AFTER PUBLIC PROPOSAL.
    • January 22, 2022 • 3 years ago

Public proposals which most women find to be very romantic also happen to be something some of them detest in their lives. Some ladies would scream with excitement while accepting their man’s proposal in public while others would reject it because they believe it is very embarrassing or perhaps for reasons better known to them.

In Nigeria however, roadside journalists captured a woman who fell in the latter category. To her, it was very embarrassing for her spouse to publivly declare that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her!

The woman who felt greatly inconvenienced with the antics of her boyfriend who spontaneously proposed to her in the middle of a street retaliated unexpectedly.

As obtained from a video making rounds on social media, the man proposed marriage to the lady at the popular Plaza in Wuse II located in Abuja and it got the attention of shoppers as well as traders.

Perhaps a shy and an introvert for that matter, the woman felt embarrassed and asked the guy to pull the plugs on his stunt because she was not comfortable with being put on the spot with everyone capturing her and whistling, shouting for her to say 'Yes'

As she did her part in reasoning with him, he was still kneeling down on one leg and holding a ring while trying desperately to have her complete her part of the ancient romantic ritual. After she failed in her bid to make him get up, she emptied the bottle of water on him and stormed off, leaving him wet, sorry and ashamed as the crowd that had gathered to cheer him on was left gasping.
