Rajiv Ruparelia, Managing Director of the Ruparelia Group, has been honored in the prestigious #Choiseul100Africa 2024 list, which highlights the top 100 young leaders under 40 who are influencing the future of Africa.
His recognition stems from his outstanding leadership, innovative mindset, and commitment to excellence, making him the sole Ugandan featured in this year’s lineup.
Sudhir Ruparelia, Chairman of the Ruparelia Group and Rajiv’s father, praised this achievement, stating, “Rajiv’s hard work, vision, and dedication to excellence have truly distinguished him.”
Sudhir also noted Rajiv's remarkable contributions to the Ruparelia Group, emphasizing how his innovative strategies have elevated the company’s stature.

Currently abroad, Rajiv took on the role of Managing Director of the Ruparelia Group at a young age, successfully leading the company to new achievements.
He has established himself as a dynamic and visionary leader, overseeing significant developments in real estate, finance, and hospitality, while strengthening the family conglomerate’s presence in the region.
Rajiv is recognized for his innovative business strategies and continues to motivate a new generation of leaders in Uganda and beyond.
