While looking for votes earlier today in the regions of Masaka, one of NUP party leader and presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu's close protection personals, Frank Senteza was "knocked by a police car" and suffered severe wounds.
This was according to how media houses broke the news and he was rushed to a nearby health facility to be worked on. Unfortunately, he didn't survive and he died!
Ugandans have since then come out to castigate the law enforcers for having taken another innocent life. UPDF spokesperson Brig. Flavia Bwekwaso however come out to claim the hat what the media published/shared was wrong information.
She took to her Twitter about an hour ago and said the deceased fell off a speeding car but was not shot as alleged.
"UPDF would like to clarify that the late Frank Senteza, a @NUP_Ug candidate close protection person was not knocked by a military police vehicle as perpoted but rather fell off a speeding car Reg No 850z (Drone) he tried to jump to but fell off." Read the brigadier's tweet.
