The story has been circulating how city socialite, Shanitah Namuyimbwa a.k.a Bad Black was evicted from her luxury apartment over rent.
According to a notice seen by this website, Bad Black had been defaulting rent for several months totaling to 18 millions.
The aggrieved landlord explained that the Masolo Queen had told him that she had travelled and would be able to pay all the arrears to his bank account immediately she returns.
"...you informed me that you had traveled and wild be able to immediately pay USD 5000 (UGX 18M) and the balance of the arrears would be sent to our bank account." the eviction notice partly read.
"You have not fulfilled your promise. This is a demand that you vacate the house by 30th June 2021 at 12pm to avoid a forceful eviction. Failure to comply, we shall use police and have your property removed and confiscated until you pay the rent arrears in full."
He was however to be disappointed as Bad Black sneaked off from the Butabika mansion during curfew hours to her friend's apartment where she is currently sleeping as she figures out where to relocate to.
