Recently, rapper Gravity Omutujju has been under a lot of pressure from the public following his demeaning statements and attacks on musician turned politician Bobi Wine. According to the Bobi Wine diehards, Gravity always believes that he can have his way and say anything he wants to but when it comes to their principal, he is not allowed to say whatever he wants to say.
It all started with Gravity asking Bobi Wine to use his money and construct a hospital in Busabala and when Bobi Wine gave no response, Gravity started the construction himself, something that saw NUP fans criticizing him and calling him simple minded. In their argument, citizens pay taxes but yet someone has the guts to call out one citizen to construct a Hospital for an entire Country.
Before all that could even die down, Bobi Wine took down Gravity's song dubbed ‘Doboozi lya mutuuze' from YouTube for Copyright infringement. Well, now it has escalated ads Gravity is accusing Bobi Wine and his team of hacking his Facebook account
According to Gravity, he realized that the posts on his Facebook account are turning political, something he has never had in mind. He states that he is being framed of attacking Bobi Wine via his Facebook account while uplifting Muhoozi Kainerugaba as the new president of Uganda, something he has said was not his own doing.
“Kati Tuleeta Muhoozi Nabanja ye Vice President, Federation etwale NUP head quarters abayimbi tunyumirwe nga bwenvuga Range Rover yange paka kuwulira bubi” The post read.
These posts started flowing in and immediately after that one, there was also an image of Bobi Wine posted on Gravity Omutujju’s Facebook account, something that had netizens in confusion. This has prompted Gravity, who has been silent all along to come out and defend himself, saying he is being framed so that netizens bash him for attacking Bobi Wine.
In a video that has been circulating, Gravity revealed that he did not post that message himself via his Facebook but rather Bobi Wine conspired with his page administrator to share such content all after having onto his Facebook account.
Gravity however mentioned that he is tougher than that and if there be anyone who thinks he will crumble because of this then they happen to be very wrong. He stated that this is not the first time he is being intimidated, mostly by the NUP camp but there is nothing he is afraid of.
Some netizens after viewing this video however have come out to say that this is a stunt pulled by Gravity Omutujju in a bid to win public sympathy after his attacks on Bobi Wine won him lots of criticism.
