Actress Evelyn Namulondo, normally referred to as musician Rema Namakula's handbag seems to have fallen out of musician Lydia Jazmine's favor after Lydia Jazmine has come out to say that she is deeply shocked and disappointed in the actress.
Evelyn Namulondo is typically known as the minion of Rema Namakula and the two always do everything together as they consider each other bestfriends. Taking you back to Rema's melodies of Love concert, Lydia Jazmine was there to support Rema, something that the public expected to be reciprocated by the "ngonze" hit maker.
To everyone's shock however, Rema Namakula shunned Lydia Jazmine's First born concert, something that left netizens wondering how Rema could betray Lydia Jazmine in such a manner. Well, even Evelyn Namulondo did not show up to support Lydia Jazmine. To the shock of Jazmine however, she heard reports that Evelyn Namulondo, on top of not being supportive, accused her of trying to sabotage her best friend Rema's concert.
This has prompted musician Lydia Jazmine to come out and express her frustration and disappointment with actress Evelyn Namulondo following those reports that Lydia tried to sabotage Rema Namakula's concert. While speaking in an interview with a local YouTuber, Lydia Jazmine explained that she has never (not even once) had a problem with Namulondo or even her friend Rema Namakula so she sees no reason for their beef towards her.
Lydia even added a shocking revelation that if anything, she even supported Namulondo at her show staged at Theatre Labonita and also showed up at Rema's concert in good faith but only to be stabbed in the back. Lydia Jazmine could not help but wonder why Namulondo would work hard to try and destroy her success.
"I felt very disappointed when I saw those allegations made by Namulondo. I really don't have any problem with her. The truth is, I even supported her show at Labonita. I don't even have anything against Rema either. You all recall that I even turned up for her 'melodies of love' concert, right?" she said while addressing the issue.
In an ever progressing music Industry such as Uganda's, it is rather a shock that musicians still carry hatred for each other. Rema and Lydia are not the only pair in the industry having scuffles as you can attest to that. Lydia Jazmine however is of the belief that unity is the way forward for a progressive music industry rather than the constant bickering and beefs going on between musicians.
