All hell broke loose when Gravity Omutujju made a celebratory post over the failure of the Famous Gwanga Mujje concert which was slated for 10th February. Many netizens started tearing him apart, calling him selfish and self centered, saying he celebrated other peoples misfortune.
Jose Chameleone had left the battle to his fans as he did not utter a single word in response to Gravity until now when he decided to come out and address the issue which has been the talk of town for a few weeks now. Jose Chameleone has said he can not blame Gravity because he is saying things that his fan base is interested in so he is trying to please his fans.
Chameleone mentioned that the music industry also involves fun and entertainment and if Gravity is choosing to have fun with his fans that way, he would never even bother to stop him since it is all part of the Industry.
"His fans enjoy his stories. He also enjoys them. Let them enjoy, this is entertainment. I encourage him to go on entertaining his fans and I also go on entertaining mine," Chameleone said
Chameleon said that after the incident he switched off his phone and went into silent mode. He mentioned that he does not have any time for childish beef and this is what Gravity is trying to involve him in. Chameleone mentioned that He has no time to mess with anyone in the industry and he will not be indulging on any kind of fowl play.
Chameleone said he is actually giving Gravity a deaf ear and not minding about anything he is saying about him or the concert at that. Chameleone went ahead to mention that at first he may have listened to haters but he later realized it is not beneficial and decided to mind his business then on.
"I don't have time for beef with anybody. whether Gravity, let it be King Saha, Eddy Kenzo, Young Mulo. I don't give attention to what Gravity is saying. I heard some at the beginning, but when I realized there is nothing to benefit from them, apart from taking away from me, so I ignored them." He stated
Chameleone also went ahead to mention that he will never get involved in childish beef and call fellow artistes names or make fun of them. He also mentioned that even with his rivals, he only has musical battles and not worthless rants because at the end of the day, music is always the final display of who is king.
"You never heard Chameleone say that Buchaman is lame, or me abusing Bobi Wine. our beef was musical but I won't blame this generation that thinks that beef will help them. Because at the end of the day music is the final judge." Said Chameleone.
