It seems like musician Sheebah Karungi has not taken the loss all too well. Sheebah Karungi is still talking about the YOLO festival despite the fact that Cindy has not come out to say even a little thing. Now, Sheebah has made things worse after coming out to state that this show down was not a battle of superiority but rather a showcase of he music industry.
When Sheebah and Cindy were having debates towards the Event, Sheebah was clearly heard trying to fight for the top position while maintaining that she is better than Cindy Sanyu when it comes to music. No one knows how fast that opinion has changed because Sheebah says this was not the intention of the show down that went down on 15th September.
Singer Sheebah Karungi has come out and revealed that her initial plan was to bring in an international artiste for her concert but she had to change her plans and settle for Cindy when the international star demanded a ridiculous fee. According to her, she left it in the hands of the Vice Chancellor of Victoria University, Dr. Lawrence Lwanga to choose her opponent and Cindy was chosen.
Sheebah went on and claimed that the battle was not meant to determine who was superior between her and Cindy but instead, it was aimed at showcasing the growth of the Ugandan music industry and how musicians were very capable of attracting multitudes.
Well, netizens still have mixed feelings on this statement as some claim that it is only Sheebah's way of covering up the fact that she lost to Cindy despite having made a lot of noise about her greatness. We still await a comment from Cindy Sanyu.
