Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has clarified Rasmus Hojlund, Harry Maguire, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Mason Mount are in contention to face Liverpool on Sunday.
The Red Devils to host their rivals at Old Trafford in round six of the FA Cup. The winners will progress to the semi-finals at Wembley Stadium in mid-April.
Manchester United's campaign has been obstructed by many injuries and illnesses which include over fifty cases that have ruled players out for at least one match- but they have handed a boost ahead of the visit of Liverpool.
Their Star striker Hojlund, former captain Maguire and right-back Wan-Bissaka are all in line for returns, while Mount too has returned to training.
"We had a good week. The players you mention [Hojlund, Maguire and Wan-Bissaka] returned on the pitch, partly at the start of the week and today they had a session and are all training," Ten Hag revealed at his pre-match press conference on Friday.
"I think [they will be fit to play]. Tomorrow we have one session. We have to see how they recover from this but it looks good.
"Tom Heaton is back as well. Also what was very good Mason Mount trained also the whole week with us, first part of the week partly but he also had some full sessions with us, so it's looking good."
Mason Mount has returned to training having missed four months clamped with a calf injury. He can also be part of the match day squad to face Liverpool tomorrow.
Hojlund and Maguire's recoveries were expected ahead of the weekend after they were both called up for international duty.
However Manchester United will be without their veteran defender Jonny Evans and also their backup Turkish goalkeeper Atlay Bayindir due to less importance issues assessed recently.Lisandro Martinez, Luke Shaw, Tyrell Malacia and Anthony Martial all remain unavailable.
