Many people are yearning to collaborate with already established and big name artistes but it seems like A Pass has no interest whatsoever in this.
According to many people, A Pass is a highly talented solo artiste but his talent is recognized only by a few music lovers who support his music. Many are of the view that if A Pass were to do a few collaborations with big name artistes here and there, he would get the required Masanyalaze to pull him through here and there.
A Pass however is of a different perspective. According to A Pass, he no longer wants anything to do with big name artistes because of the trauma he faced at their hands before in a bid for a collaboration. He stated that he does not want anything to do with them and he even does not care about them and their masanyalaze at all.
This is not something that came out of the blue as A Pass has a story for it. According to A Pass, he was once enticed by King Saha to drop a collabo project together, something that got him all chummy and excited only for a big disappointment to follow later.
According to A Pass, King Saha once found him working on a song, one he thought was a very beautiful and promising tune. Upon hearing a snipet of it, Saha stated that they should collaborate on it. To his disappointment however, after doing the song together, King Saha seemed uninterested to promote their project together.
A Pass was disappointed because he put in a lot of energy, art, creativity and time in this project considering that he was even an upcoming artiste who wanted the World to see his talent. He believed with a little promotional push and support from King Saha, the song would do well and boss airwaves and people would recognize him as a new artiste trying to climb the ladder.
“I honestly don’t care about the big names and the big artistes. I am the big artist now helping the young and growing talent. I am investing my time, money, and energy to provide them with opportunities to rise up, too. I don’t want to work with the so called big name artistes because they do not even show any support after you have released the project. I know this because I went through the same experience with King Saha. After hyping me to do a song together, he did not even help in promoting the tune.” Said A Pass while speaking in an interview
A Pass however stated that it must be the artistes' ego that makes them feel too special to promote a song they did with an upcoming artiste.
