Back in the day, musician Dr. Propa was well known for his sweet vocals. He is one of the musicians that inspired many and had made a name for himself in the Ugandan music industry.
His fans were therefore dismayed when he was no longer being cited in the media and he was nowhere to be seen. For a while now, he has been on the silent side as no news of him has been heard since he did not also release new music for his fans.
Well, good artistes come and go so many of his fans started slowly getting him out of their memories. Soon, he turned into a fading memory as even the mention of his name was no longer heard. He later resurfaced in February this year, citing that he is back on the musical scene and asked for musicians to be reunited. After this, he briefly disappeared again! Dr. Propa is back now. The bad news is, his come back is not what his fans and netizens expected it to be.
In a video that has been circulating widely online, Dr. Propa is seen recording his residence. For a man who had a reputation, his residence has shocked his fans as he is living in a very poor condition. In this room he has recorded, it is evident that he is lacking very many things and this condition has alarmed his fans as well as netizens.
This is not the only bad news however. His health condition has also raised many eyebrows. In the video, he is seen sneezing with watery eyes. We are still not sure about the location of this residence as he only captured the interior.
What has scared his fans the most are Dr.Propa's words however. While looking at the camera, he has apologized to everyone he ever wronged in his entire existence. His fans are especially worried because his words sound like a last testament of some sort.
People that have come across the video have called upon the authorities to try and locate the seemingly ailing musician and try to render him as much help as possible to get him out of that situation.
Many people that have been touched by the video have even gone ahead to ascertain that if he be located, they would do their best to render him help and ensure that their colleague gets back on his feet. At this particular time, netizens believe that this is the right time for the Musicians Association as well as the Federation to come out, join hands and act upon such an occurrence.
