Acidic Vokoz reasons that most of his supporters are holidaymakers who requested the concert be held during the holidays, and he believes both artists will attract different crowds due to their unique music styles.
He expressed confidence that both concerts will sell out, citing previous instances of successful concurrent concerts.
When asked if Mudra has come out to complain about Acidic Vokoz staging a concert on the same day as his, Acidic Vokoz revealed that Mudra has not reached out to him directly.
However, he acknowledged that Mudra's team has made some comments on social media expressing their disappointment and surprise at the conflicting dates.
The last chance hit maker emphasized that he has no intention of sabotaging Mudra's concert and believes that there is enough space for both artists to succeed.
He also pointed out that their music genres and target audiences are different, and he is confident that his fans will attend his concert regardless of Mudra's event.
The two singers' debut concerts will take place in close proximity, with Mudra's concert at Zoe Grounds in Lugogo and Acidic Vokoz's "Ndi Musoga Concert" at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
Despite the clash, Acidic Vokoz remains optimistic about the success of both events and is focused on delivering an exceptional performance to his fans.
In a statement, Acidic Vokoz said,
"I understand that some people might be worried about the conflicting dates, but I believe that our concerts will complement each other. I wish Mudra all the best for his event, and I hope we can both make this day a memorable one for our fans."
