Senegalese superstar Akon Thiam has promised to build an Akon city in Uganda.
This city is meant to start and will be completed hopefully in 2036.
Government has given him land that is up to one square mile for free to start his investment.
The people who will want to access this city will need to use a crypto currency called Akoin currency.
He says he dreams of a USA(United States of Africa) where all African countries are rich and self dependent.
Now many Ugandans are unhappy with this news.
They say if he want to invest and make Uganda prosper, he should have bought the land.
Others believe this is a move by corrupt officials to steal some money and land.
