Alien Skin states reason why he performed at Nakivubo Grand opening for free.

Alien  skin is currently one of the most sought after musicians in the entertainment industry due to the release of his club bangers. He is one of the musicians that has music that could get you out of your seat and on your feet.

However, he seems to have lost favor with a section of his fans simply because of trash talking the highly favored musician turned politician Bobi Wine. Alien Skin however seems unbothered by this as keeps on producing his music for those that still love it to vibe to it.

Alien Skin is considered to be one with the regime and many people term him as another Museveni project but this has not deterred his music in any way. Upon showing up at the Nakivubo stadium Grand opening, many musicians who turned up were said to have been paid a wholesome amount to turn up on that day.

According to intel however, it is said that Alien Skin was also paid a lot of money from Hamis Kiggundu to come and perform, which he turned down. It is alleged that he refused the money given to him by Ham and he walked away without it.

Alien Skin has come out to clarify things regarding this issue, stating that he did not refuse money from Ham Kiggundu but rather, he declined the money politely because Ham Kiggundu has already done so much for him that he could not take that money as well.

According to Alien Skin, he recalls a number of times where Hamis has given him money without even working for it so he could not just take the money when he knew that he had been given money so many times without performing anywhere. Alien Skin believes that this was his only way of giving back to Ham and appreciating him.

“I did not refuse money from Ham. I simply performed without receiving money. There are so many times when I have met him and he has given me a lot of money for free, money that I have not worked for so I also looked for an opportunity to give him a free offer and this was the perfect opportunity. I just performed without asking for pay. That is how I am.” Said Alien Skin.

He is not the only one that believes Ham deserves musicians to sing at his events even without pay as female musician Karole Kasita also came out to state that Ham has helped many musicians out so they should not over charge him when it comes to performing at his events.
