Ugandan musician Allan Ampaire alias Allan Toniks has been spotted inspecting a very huge house in the areas of Najjera-Buwaate.

The house judging by its looks is a mansion and according to our sources, it is rumoured to have costed the singer a whooping UGX.150 million to bring it to its current construction level.

The mansion is not yet complete but the level it has reached at is promising and once completed, he will join the likes of Sheebah, Eddy Yawe, Mickie Wine, Bebe Cool and Hellen Lukoma among others who are his fellow musicians that sleep in mansions.

This will save him all the rent he has been paying through the years ever since he finished schooling at MUBS in 2011 when he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Studies.

The My Miss hit maker has been on the music scene in Uganda for the past 12 years having released his first song in 2008 titled, "Beera Nange". So after all those countless shows over the years, he managed to save up enough money to buy land and start constructing a big house for himself.

Unlike other Ugandan musicians, he saw life past changing women, excessive drug usage and luxury cars and instead did this.

Even as the lockdown hits hard, the singer has not given up his music career because he has been busy unleashing new music projects every now and then and has gotten chance to perform on some of the online concerts that have been organised during these tough covid times.

Although he agrees that Covid-19 has been rough on his music business, he says his musical talent is what keeps him going and he is not like all these other artists of today who are only driven to produce music because of money.
