Famous western and American journalist Carlson Tucker survived assassination after the Moscow FSB arrested a man who was carrying an explosive device which he intended to plant on Carlson Tucker's vehicle a week after the famous former Fox news anchor had interviewed President Putin.
Dmitry Povashenko, 44 was arrested by Russia's chief spy network FSB after information linked that he had been paid by the Ukrainian intelligece to plant an explosive on Carlson Tucker's vehicle.
Ukrainian intelligence was planing to assasinate the famous American journalist and later throw the blame on Russia in order to defame the country while inciting more anger from the west for killing their journalist.
However the Povashenko was arrested just on the outskirts of Mosow before he even thought of how he was going to execute his mission.
The incident happened just a two weeks after the former Fox News anchor had finished interviewing President Putin @The Carlson Tucker show, the first western journalist to meet one on one with Puyin ever since the full scale invasion of Ukraine by the Moscow forces.
Tucker was still residing in Russia as he continues to carry out more research and validate facts put across by the Russian president before he could head back to the West.
" There is no doubt that this was orchestrated by Ukraine. Their motive was assasinate the western journalist and held Moscow responsible for his death", the Kremlin spokesperson Dmirty Peskov said.
Till the victim of arrest is yet to tried and charged with treason, a crime that would send him to the worst Russian prisons in the artic penal colony where former Russian opposition leader and Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny had been serving a thirty year prison sentence.
On the other hand Carlson Tucker has been placed under the security of the Russian Spetsnaz, a special elite force tasked with protecting high profile people in the Russian Federation including the president.
"Mr. Tucker will be watched over by the Spetsnaz until he decides to live the country", Peskov said in an interview.
The Russian Criminal intelligence also concluded that the Povansheko had been paid a whooping sum of $4000, heavy enough to incite anyone to takeup the task.
Sources familiar with the news said that President Zelensky had been angered by some remarks made by Mr. Putin during his interview.
Mr. Putin spent about half an hour detailing the history of the Russian empire since the 8th century adding that Ukraine belonged to Russia and it was this history that he used to justify his invasion of Ukraine.
This action taken by Ukraine continues to show their level of desperacy to defeat Russia and have even resorted to blackmail inorder to infuriate the western and lure them into sending more weapons to facilitate the war.
However all actions seem to land on deaf ears as a $ 60 billion dollar package is still stuck in the Republican controlled House of Representatives.
