It is undoubtedly evident that Aziz Azion is one of the most talented guitar artists that Uganda has ever seen. His music is not only soul touching but also tear jerking at times. Aziz is one musician who serves sweet melodies to his fans and leaves them yearning for more.
Over the weekend, Aziz Azion made his triumphant return to the stage with the Strings of Love Concert at Kampala Serena Hotel. The truth is, when he chose that venue, he got a lot of criticisms, with people claiming that he was not going to fill the venue. Some even went on to call him a faded musician.
Despite all these criticisms, Aziz Azion proved that he is still one of the biggest stars in Uganda, as he sold out the concert and filled the venue to the brim. Not only did he have a huge turn up but he undeniably delivered an unforgettable performance when he stepped on stage.
The concert kicked off with Azion's grand entrance, which was met with a mighty applause from the crowd. He did not neglect any of his songs as he performed a fusion of his old and new love songs, including fan favorites song dubbed "Nkumila Omukwano.”
Aziz Azion did not appear on stage alone however. He brought several guest artists to add to the vibe. Among the artists that made this list include Rema Namakula, Jamal Wasswa, and Fresh Kid. They too did the stage justice as they delivered a powerful performance.
There is definitely a reason why Aziz is called a music giant and he proved this fact once again during g the Strings of Love concert. Not only did he amaze fans and critics with sweet vocals but also a beautiful night experience.
