Muslims all over the globe are celebrating Eid Al-Fitr and singer Moses Ssali professionally identified as Bebe Cool has decided to spice it up a little bit with a jaw-dropping family photo shoot.
For starters, Eid-al-Fitr can simply be defined as a 'festival of the breaking of the fast'. It is one of the biggest celebrations in the Islamic calendar.
Eid al-Fitr marks the end of Ramadan, a holy month where Muslims abstain from food and drinks between dawn and sunset. This is known as fasting.
Fasting is important during Ramadan as Muslims believe it allows them to focus on their faith and become closer to Allah, or God.
The date Eid al-Fitr falls on is decided by the cycle of the Moon.
Today, Wednesday 10, the Muslim fraternity celebrates the end of Ramadhan and celebrations are in full swing across the world.
In Uganda, usually people visit mosques for prayers and then head home for feasting. Non-Muslim friends are also often invited to join the feasting.
It's traditional to wear new clothes and recite a short prayer called a takbeer on the way to the mosque as well as eat something sweet like a date.
Eid is a time to spend with friends and family, sharing meals and exchanging gifts.Children are also often given money, called Eidiyah or Eidi.
Social media platforms are always painted with photos of people in Muslim attires and celebrities are often not left behind on this.
As usual, Bebe Cool and his family did not miss out this time on that family photo shoot and these photos will turn your head.
Meanwhile, Bebe Cool is not the only famous Ugandan who has set internet with an amazing photo shoot on this beautiful Eid day.
