National Resistance Movement (NRM) general secretary, Justine Kasule Lumumba has earlier today come out and issue a warning that presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi wine should be arrested and put under house arrest when he returns to Kampala.
This comes after the Kyadondo East MP amassed huge crowds in areas he has so far been to in search for votes. This took away the notion that Kyagulanyi only has support on Facebook and in Kampala.
"The moment Bobi wine comes back to Kampala he should be detained at his home and not allowed to move anywhere. If he has managed to pull such numbers in those areas what will happen in Kampala?
EC has failed to handle Bobi wine but innocent people are going to suffer." Said Lumumba. Some people have however come out to call this an action of fear from the ruling regime. Over to you, what do you think?
