It has been three months since Uganda had her elections and some of the participants who did not win accepted their loss while others are still lamenting and crying over the results.
One of those crying is Twitter celebrity, business man, musician and former musician manager Paul Owor.
Paul managed Ceasorous who gave us the hit song dangerous, Allan Tonixs and young star Latinum.
He claimed musicians are so ungrateful and disrespectful when they have hit songs topping chats and decided to leave that venture hence joining politics
His main goal was to unsit Peter Sematimba as the Busiro South MP saying he hasn't done anything for the youth since he joined parliament
This motivated him to join the political race on the card of Busiro South MP
During campaign time, Paul bought an ambulance for Busiro South, gave out many iPhones worth 10 million Uganda shillings to his Twitter friends and fans and even spent so much cash(money) trying to help out those in need.
This act of kindness led to the beginning of the "begging culture" on Twitter.
All one had to do was ask for a phone, tag him @Paul Owor, get a few retweets and get themselves a free phone or money.
However, all this giving went into vain as he got less than 300 votes.
He has since claimed that the elections were rigged and he was the winner of that particular election.
Paul has also gone ahead to say that the person who was in charge of the election proceedings in Busiro South was given a Mercedes Benz by Peter as a "thank you"
Are these allegations true?
As NowViba, we decided to carry out an investigation to really see if these allegations are true.
Many of the members who stay in Busiro South that participated in the elections and were present during the counting of votes claim the allegations are false.
He did help out the community and did his part but the people voted for Peter Sematimba and he won fair and square.
Many believe that his Twitter fanbase hyped him so much and assured him of winning and maybe that is why he still believes he was cheated.
Paul also claims he would want to share his story but is afraid for his life yet he has dependants that need him.
He has since started his own music career by forming a group named The Executives with a friend Derrick alias Hustle Chief that have so far released two songs.
Many of his Twitter fans who want free iPhones and money again have also been told by the man himself Paul to work hard and stop depending on others for success.
