The government is yet to charge cash withdrawals from banks.
In a letter from one committee member that was leaked, they asked the governor of Bank of Uganda to give an opinion on this.
Furthermore,they wanted to know how much tax will be withdrawn for most withdrawals from commercial banks.
This has left many Ugandans wondering what will not be taxed!
Furthermore, many Ugandans want to see where their taxes go because the development is slow and the rate of corruption is still high with few charges to bring the thieves to justice.
