Chaka Chaka, a South African singer who sang the popular "Umqombothi" song was in for a treat this week when local events promoter served her with some Luganda literature to readout.

The video clip that surfaced in form of an advert for the Enkuuka End of Year concert showed the legendary singer almost choking as she was assuring her fans in Uganda of how she would be in the country for that concert and in one of the lines she said that "Abitex Yandeese" meaning the local promoter is the one bringing her into the country.

This will not be the first time Chaka Chaka is in Uganda as she was here last year (2018) for a charity concert at Serena Hotel, Kampala. But since that time the show was kind of VIP, this time even the common man will be able to get a glimpse of the singer.

She will be performing at the Enkuuka End of year concert in Mengo which concert normally ends the year of many people in Buganda Kingdom as the Kabaka normally opens the new year with a huge giant key alongside fireworks at midnight of that new year's eve.
