Feminism is a very sensitive topic and almost everyone perceives it in their own way. Among the famous feminists that have been noticed in this Country, there is diva Sheebah Karungi. Sheebah is not only a Feminist but she is also an Anti- marriage advocate. Well, Musician Cindy Sanyu has come out to offer a piece of advice to fellow women that fall in the Sheebah Karungi category.
According to Cindy, only women who are against marriage should be part of the feminist movement. According to her, lesbians can do well as feminists but straight women may struggle to find a man if they adopt feminist beliefs.
Cindy shared her views in a Facebook post saying it's her International Women's Day message to all the women out there. She clearly stated that unless a woman is a lesbian, then she should not adopt feminist beliefs because she will end up sad and alone.
"Since the other day I was wondering what to tell women (Specifically)for women's day so after a lot of thought this is my message to women. Unless you're lesbian, don't join the feminist movement, you will end up sad, alone and lonely. No joke." She said.
Cindy Sanyu got married to Prynce Joel Okuyo Atiku in December 2021. The couple welcomed their first baby in January 2022. Last month she also revealed that she is pregnant with their second child.
Cindy Sanyu is most definitely shaking the table that has a lot of people, including Sheebah Karungi who has been pro-feminism and anti-marriage. Sheebah for one said that while she wants to have kids she is not interested in marriage at all. According to her, there's a man out there who thinks like her and when they finally meet, they'll work out a plan on how to run their lives.
