Covid spreads faster in religious places than bars - Bebe cool
    • November 10, 2020 • 4 years ago

Frustrations among artists keep rising everyday because of the continued lockdown.  Yesterday health minister Dr. Ruth Acheng lifted the lockdown on cinemas, gyms, saunas and also increased the number of people attending prayers to 200.

This left stakeholders in the entertainment industry annoyed. Among the concerned is big size Bebe cool, who during an interview said Corona can spread faster in prayer places than it can in bars.

"The possibility of getting COVID-19 in a bar is less than the possibility of getting COVID in a Church, sanitizers are made from alcohol. In bars, people are drinking alcohol. Where does COVID attack someone from?” Bebe Cool said.

He went on to say that covid mainly attacks the throat, which is the same place alcohol (sanitizer) passes and requested the president to allow bars to operate while following SOPs.
