Some few months ago, one of the best music producers in Uganda, Danz Kumapeesa was attacked by unknown bandits who hit his head with a dumbbell that left him in a very unconscious state.
He was rushed to Nsambya hospital that night and was quickly admitted to the Intensive Care Unit, well we thought it was a simple case of touch and fix but it got worse especially when his care taker (His Mum) started footing the hospital bills.
She actually came out on local TV to inform her son's friends who happen to be prominent artistes to help in any way possible. The likes of Rema went ahead to organise the first car wash alongside Bebe Cool but many people didn't take it seriously so about UGX.7 million was raised after the event.
Then all went silent about Danz's health and the mother started to suffer once again because the money collected was not enough. But today , a miracle happened as Bebe Cool went for the second time to try and do something for Danz who produced his killer song "Mbozi Zamalwa".
After visiting him ,the singer posted a very emotional message on his social media page where he called upon everyone to contribute what ever they have. Because of the severity that was portrayed in the Image he posted , contributions started pouring in from all angles.
Bebe Cool actually listed the names of the people he expects to give him money amounts of minimum UGX.5 million shillings and those were ; himself, Bobi Wine , Jose Chameleone, Balam and another Music producer and to me this could be a uniting point for Bebe and Bobi sincerely after all those years of beef.
Today Bebe Cool showed his very very kind side that many appreciated because he revealed that he took money out of his Wedding contributions (UGX.5 million) to support the music producer. So Danz currently needs a small replacement to part of his skull that was removed but the mother says that he is generally okay since he can see and recall the people around him.
