Sam Bagenda commonly known as Dr. Bbosa has made an early alarm to the president of Uganda to come bail him out of the difficult and teasing quarantine life with the 100 million gift he was promised but didn't receive.
Dr Bbosa is a very familiar figure among fans of long running local drama series who came out yesterday in an exclusive televised tv interview to air out his grievances on how he was promised but forgotten by the President.
The OMG series character expressed his unsatisfactoriness about the president running short on his promise but denoted that he was willing to wait till the covid 19 situation cooled down with everything back to normal.
Well a promise is a debt, the President will have to look into Dr Bbosa's cry.
