Musician Hassan Ndugga has reportedly run off to South Africa after accumulating debts amounting to over 50 millions.
The former Revival band musician's worries began last year after the Government imposed a lockdown. He drew up an agreement with a city money lender
As per the agreement, the musician was to pay off the debts through concerts and music performances. Thus encouraged, the money lender bought him land and even constructed a house in which Hassan has been staying in since.
When however the second phase of lockdown was imposed, Hassan resorted to borrowing even more money, hence accumulating much debt
No one was aware of his whereabouts after his manager tried reaching him on phone but in vain. He later learnt that Hassan had relocated to South Africa.
His manager, while revealing this explained that Hassan has no plans of coming back leaving the money lender in tears.
