Kawempe North Constituency Member of Parliament Hon. Ssegirinya Muhammad has come out to state that he has not recieved any form of medication since he was re-arrested for charges connected to the Masaka killings early this year.
The National Unity Platform party member has been suffering with health complications, which was one of the reasons his lawyers tabled everytime they asked for bail but all times ended in vain. "Every day that goes by my health state worsens.
I have never received any treatment and my ears have started releasing weird fluids. I'm afraid I might die from prison when the world has not heard the side of my story." Said Ssegirinya.
About a month ago, Leader of Opposition Hon. Mathias Mpuuga accussed the parliament of being negligent concerning the health status of Ssegirinya. This forced the Prime Minister to order a team to pay the MP a bisit and report back to the August house.
We should also note Ssegirinya was once presented to court where he showed his feet that were badly wounded.
Question is, if the prison officials claim Ssegirinya is in the hospital and receiving treatment and yet the Honorable says he's in a bad condition, who is telling the BIG lie?
