The slap given to musician Khalifah AgaNaga has become the slap of the century considering the amount of attention it has been garnering on social media.
Where as Khalifah AgaNaga already came out and stated that the genesis of the beef was the concert incident where Fik Gaza failed to perform and he performed in his stead and Fik demanded for payment which he was denied, Fik Gaza came out and stated a totally different reason.
During an interview with Sanyuka TV yesterday, Fik Gaza stated that the major reason why he got so angry at Khalifah was because of the constant interviews he had been making earlier on. Fik says Khalifah stated that he has a dangerous gang and they don’t joke around because they even burnt down a police station in Nateete.
Regarding the slap, Gaza stated that he is a patient man who can withstand insults but his gang members are not as patient as he is.
“ I am usually a patient person. Despite everything I heard, I kept my cool. That is not the case with my buddies. They are not as patient as I am. Khalifah said so many things and I kept cool but my buddies are more short tempered than I am Khalifah said so many annoying things so people like Zale obviously had to discipline him.” He said.
The gentleman in question, King Zale has stated that he did not slap Khalifah AgaNaga just for show but he also had his own reasons for teaching the faded musician a lesson. According to King Zale, Khalifah said so many abusive statements not only towards Fik Gaza but to Zale's mother as well.
“He just made one mistake. He spoke something vulgar against my mother and I had to react. I pushed him.” Said Zale.
According to Zale, he did not even slap Khalifah AgaNaga but what he did is slightly push him because of his demeaning statements. Zale claims that he is even friends with Khalifah AgaNaga and he has so much respect for him as an elder in the music industry so he would never even slap him.
Zale also stated that the person who put up the video must have edited it to look like one of those Jackie Chan movies. He further stated that if he had really slapped Khalifah, he would be in hospital right now.
“I will critically look at that clip again. I know I did not slap Khalifah. The people that put that video up must have edited it to look like those Jackie Chan movies we saw while growing up. How can I slap a music legend? He is even my friend. That is what many people do not know. So I really did not slap him. I just gave him a slight push.” Said King Zale during an interview with Sanyuka TV.
