    Not so long ago, faded singer Leila Kayondo came out and somewhat dissed fast rising star Alien Skin and his music. According to Leila, his music had no meaning and he does not even deserve all the attention he is currently getting from the public. Well, Leila did not know she would have to swallow her words very soon.

    As soon as she released the now viral video on TikTok while she dissed Alien skin's music, netizens knocked their toes as they stumbled into the comment section to give her a piece of their mind. According to Netizens, Leila has no moral authority to talk about music because the World has long forgotten what her voice sounds like!

    The singer was viciously attacked by Alien’s fans on social media, with many calling her faded and outdated. In the end, a few fans also while  demanded her to apologize to Alien Skin and his fans at large.

    Leila Kayondo has put her tail between her legs as she bowed to public pressure and decided to issue an apology. Leila has apologized to fans of Alien Skin and pleaded with them to cut down on the insults they keep hurling at her since she made that video. She said she was sorry for berating their favorite artist and promised to make it up to them by sending a gift to the fast rising star.

    Kayondo went ahead to say that  she didn't predict how badly her comments , which were in fact intended as a joke would be taken by netizens.

    I was sitting at home and a truck passed by playing that song. I just made the video in a fun way about the song, and I went to take a nap. By the time I woke up my phone was ringing like crazy. I am sorry to you people on TikTok, but I think you have gone too far. I have not been able to sleep for the past week.” She said

    Alien Skin

    As a peace offering, Leila promised to write a song or a full album for Alien Skin and his other crew of musicians free of charge. She urged Alien to look for her and collect the songs.

    I even have a gift for him. I am going to write him a song or maybe a full album just for him and his people, Champion Gudo, Clever J and the rest. It's just that I don't know where to find them, so they should look for me. I will do it free of charge.” She stated
