Recently, musician APass sent a jab towards the Enkudi hit maker Lil Pazo, stating that he congratulates him upon making his hit song dubbed Enkudi. According to APass, he was happy to see Lil Pazo shining despite the fact that his music was no longer selling before.
During the NBS After 5 show, Apass further stated that not every artiste can do music that will stay relevant for a long while but rather, many people do music just in the heat of the moment, something that Lil Pazo too did with the Enkudi song. Apass stated that this is the type of music that people will love for a while but yet neglect later on yet for Apass' music, it will last generations to come.
He further dissed at Lil Pazo stating that he can never do a collabo with him because they sing way different things so they could not connect. When asked what he thought about the fact that in contrast to people like Lil Pazo who sing what many people term as bubble gum music and people like him who sing songs that are meant to stay relevant over time, the ones that sing bubblegum music are more appreciated and called to perform at different places, he dismissed this with laughter.
Apass stated that the location where a musician performs is also very important as he is not one to sing at certain locations like Calendar where Lil Pazo performs. Upon landing on his interview, Lil Pazo has clapped back, stating that Apass should not be talking about his music as he is still suffering with his unreleased music album that is taking forever to be completed.
“ Leave Apass alone. It is his album that is bothering him. He is still suffering with it so we need to be understanding of him.” Pazo stated.
Lil Pazo further stated that Apass made a tremendous mistake as he joined the wrong profession. According to him, Apass should have chosen things like accounting or even law and not waste time and energy doing music. According to him, being a musician is not well suited for Apass
“Apass. You definitely chose the wrong profession. You should have been an accountant. If not that, then you should be somewhere practicing law. You chose to join a profession full of ‘bayaye'. Will you really manage these streets?” stated Lil Pazo.
Lil Pazo also stated that if he were to be put on the same stage with Apass, the audience would never even know that Apass was on that stage as Lil Pazo would definitely take over and make him invincible.
