The current Lord Mayor for Kampala City, the capital city of Uganda, Mr Elias Lukwago has won his case against the Uganda Police.
The case which was in the high court involved torture that was done to him in December of 2017 when he was violently arrested just outside his home in Rubaga division, Kampala.

The thing that people remember most from that arrest is the ka part when the Lord Mayor's private section was handled badly by the people arresting him because of this he really cried like a baby during those few minutes of arrest.
But now, he can put all those "wuwi wuwi" cries behind him because on top of winning his case, the high court in Uganda awarded him a whooping UGX. 50 million that will be paid to him as a compensation for all the pain he passed through during the violent arrest ????.
