Famously for losing every big case he spearheads, city lawyer Male Mabirizi has once again come out to challenge another 'top gun' claiming their win was filled with rigging of votes.
Mabirizi has gone ahead to challenge Omoro county MP Jacob Oulanyah's speakership victory, saying it was not fair at all.
In his argument, Mabirizi claims the number of votes was more than the voters present and also states the act of chief justice Alphonse Owiny Dolo presiding over the voting process yet he's a very close friend to Oulanyah also weakened the process.
Will Mabirizi finally scoop his court victory this time or it's another road which is going to end in tears like the others?
