At the beginning of Yesterday (Monday) every one was up and about well in their houses hoping that the president of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni is going to say something that will uplift people's spirits later in the day.
Glued to our TV sets ???? well for the 1 millionth time, we waited at exactly 8pm for him to make the address only to arrive 30 bloody minutes later ????.
Anyway kasta he is the fountain of honour and I have no say in his late arrival. Back to the issue, he addressed us with his usual calm way of unwinding for us all the background and history of what he is talking about.
Museveni During the Address
In the address, he explained how he was going to allow some of the services and activities to now operate such as Garages, Lawyers, Hardware shops, Carpenters and Metal Fabricators among others.
But in all those activities he gave a heads up, I wonder where some of them will get their clients such as the Garage people since both private and public transport are still under lock down.
