In the entertainment industry, many people have come out to mention that very many people are always selfish and are always trying to make it to the top on heir own.
There has been a pronounced disunity in the industry as many musicians cited that very many artistes are hypocrites that never want to lend anyone a helping hand when it comes to uplifting them for their career. For Acidic Vokoz however, he was lucky to meet a few Angels that brightened his path musically.
Acidic Vokoz stated That he will never forget everyone that helped him, more so at the beginning of his music career when he was transitioning from a song writer to a musician. For him, here are people that not only believed in him but also paved way for him to be who he is today.
During an Interview on the Deep Talk show with Mr. Henrie on Galaxy TV, Acidic stated that he will forever hold maximum respect and gratitude to Sheebah Karungi as she is the person that believed in him first above everyone else. Sheebah Karungi gave Acidic Vokoz his first chance at music according to his narration.
While he was struggling with self confidence and fear of performing for audiences, Sheebah believed in him enough to hand him a microphone and having him step on stage to perform for a crowd at Freedom City. According to Acidic Vokoz, this was a life changing experience for him as it was a huge boost to his confidence, being a young man that had never performed for multitudes.
“Sheebah Karungi gave me a chance of my life. It is something I can never forget. She gave me the microphone to perform at Freedom City. I was not so confident about singing back then but after she gave me the chance to perform, that moment gave me the much-needed confidence to focus on my music career,” he said.
With teary eyes, Acidic Vokoz narrated that he still looks back at this moment with profound gratitude for Sheebah’s belief in him. He even mentioned that even to this day, Sheebah Karungi is still one of the people that believe in him the most and this is something that pushes him to work harder every day.
Acidic Vokoz has undoubtedly captured the attention of many music lovers not only with his great vocals but also with the lyrics of his songs. He has already made a mark in the music scene despite the fact that he is one of the freshest talents the Ugandan entertainment industry has.
