We are wondering whether the Human Resource Department at NTV really knows what it is doing these days.
NTV which is probably one of the biggest TV Stations in Ugandan is clearly heading for a disastrous downfall if no screws are tightened very soon.
A long time field reporter , Julius Senkandwa has just resigned from the Serena Hotel based station today and rumours have spilled that their best local language news anchors, Faridah Nakazibwe and Frank Walusimbi could also be on their way out of the station.
This would be such a great loss considering the fact that people like Faridah have been at NTV all the way since 2006 when the station set up in Uganda.
NBS on the other side which has always been on the receiving end for all NTV drop outs is most likely to receive the talent considering the fact that they even pay more salary.
