Day three of the 42 days total lockdown saw a number of vendors flock Kampala city center, with hopes of making some 'ka money.'
However, these vendors were immediately dispatched by law enforcers who told them to go back to their homes. Majority of the vendors were insisting that their families don't have what to eat and requested the president to allow them access their shops so as to provide for their families.
Many of the vendors had also come to pick their merchandise from the shops, which was also not possible. The police officers warmed the vendors to desist from coming to town because the country is under a total lockdown.
These also requested vendors to be patient and wait for the situation to calm down. This is just the third day of the lockdown remember.
